JAMIE N COMMONS

* New single details

* London date sold out

As Jamie N Commons moves into 2012 he looks back on a phenomenal start to his career and is pleased to announce details for the first part of the year ahead.

‘The Baron’ EP was Jamie’s debut release in October and brought to our attention the spellbinding voice of this 22 year old artist and gained him a place on the much coveted BBC Sound of 2012 list. Jamie’s first offering has also started to make waves in the US, prompting super producer Rick Rubin to reach out suggesting a potential collaboration.

His follow up single will be ‘Devil In Me’ on March 26th (Luv Luv Luv Records) – which tells a tale of being tormented by memories and harboring a dark secret as Jamie explains:

"This track deals with the feelings of guilt and regret...the character portrayed is the flip side to the one on the lead track of my first E.P "The Preacher"...whereas that character took faith as his justification, this guy’s looking in the mirror".

Leading in to this next release, Jamie and full band will be heading out on their first headline tour of the U.K. from February 27th – taking in Glasgow, Manchester, Brighton and a now sold out London show.

Headline Shows:

27/02 - Playroom, The Arches, Glasgow

28/02 - Scared Trinity Church, Manchester

01/03 - Hoxton Hall, London SOLD OUT

02/03 – Prince Albert, Brighton
